He Pou a Rangi Climate Change Commission has released the latest editions of two key strategic documents: our Statement of Intent 2023-2027, and our Statement of Performance Expectations 2023/24.  

The Statement of Intent sets out our strategic direction for the next four years ending June 2027. The document provides details on how we will carry out our work and deliver our purpose as set out in the Climate Change Response Act 2002.  

The Statement of Performance Expectations sets out how we will measure our financial and non-financial performance over the next year. 

“I am proud of the work the Commission has already delivered,” He Pou a Rangi Climate Change Commission Chair Dr Rod Carr says.

“Looking ahead, we will continue our focus on improving how we connect and how we deliver. We will focus on strengthening key relationships, evidence-gathering, and building a shared understanding of the context for our analysis. We will also work to continuously improve our analysis, the internal systems we use to develop it, and how we communicate it.”
