Annual Report 2022–2023
The story of our work for the year ended 30 June 2023.
This Annual Report tells the story of the Commission's mahi in 2022 and 2023, including work we delivered in 2022/23, and work we began to develop for 2023/24 and beyond.
Our key highlights this year included delivering two pieces of advice on price limits and unit supply settings for the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (NZ ETS). We also prepared draft advice to inform the strategic direction of the Government's second emissions reduction plan and consulted widely on it, ahead of releasing our final advice due at the end of 2023.
