Judicial review: statement of defence
He Pou a Rangi Climate Change Commission is first respondent in proceedings filed by Lawyers for Climate Action New Zealand to have parts of the Commission’s advice judicially reviewed.
On 5 August 2021, we filed our statement of defence which can be accessed below.

On 24 September 2021, we received an amended statement of claim from the Lawyers for Climate Action New Zealand.
In response, on 1 October 2021 we filed our amended statement of defence which can be accessed below.
