About these reports
To ensure that Aotearoa New Zealand keeps moving towards its climate targets, we give advice to the Minister of Climate Change on the direction of the Government's next emissions reduction plan.
This advice helps the Government set policies and strategies to meet Aotearoa New Zealand's emissions reduction targets.
We provide this advice every five years. Our next advice is due in 2028.
