Our advice on the NZ ETS
Our advice to Government about the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme
On this page you will find our advice to Government about the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (NZ ETS).
We want to make the NZ ETS as effective as possible to help Aotearoa transition to a low emissions economy. One way we aim to achieve this is by giving advice on NZ ETS unit limit and price control settings to the Government every year. We also prepare other advice to the Government that may be related to the NZ ETS.
On this page you'll find links to the previous advice we've given to the Government on the NZ ETS, and information about any upcoming work we're doing in this area.
